Re-covered is a new feature of the blog. It's about creating new covers for albums. The 1st cover I've made is Keyshia Cole's "Just Like You". The rules of "re-covering" are: using the original font, using a picture from the same era of the artist she/he released the album. So I'll make similar covers as the originals, but I'll try to make them better.

American Idol: Top 20 - Results

Eliminated girls: Alaina Whitaker & Alexandréa Lushington

The two youngest girls were voted off from AI this week. IMO both of the can sing very well. I wanted Alaina out, because I didn't really like her, but I'm sad for Alex... she left when I began to like her more and more... :(

Eliminated guys: Jason Yeager & Robbie Carrico

I wanted Jason to leave, but I really liked Robbie. I think he's a great singer! The only guy I don't like at all is Luke Menard and I've wanted him to leave for 2 weeks now. I can't believe that he's still there!

New song: Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige - You're Welcome

"You're Welcome" is a brand new track by Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige. IMO the song is OK, but Mary should've sung more... :/ The song is produced by Swizz Beatz. They've recorded it to promote their tour "Mary J. Blige & Jay-Z: Heart of the City".

New song: Keri Hilson & Timbaland - Get It Girl

"Get It Girl" is a new track from Timbaland's new mobile album. He will release some new tracks during 2008 for Verzion Wireless users. In the end of the year there'll be an album.

The first track features Keri Hilson. I don't really like it.... :/

New song: C-side feat. Keyshia Cole - Boyfriend/Girlfriend

C-side is a new American hip-hop group. Their new single is called Boyfriend/Girlfriend. The song was released last year and it featured an unknown singer, called Flaire Jonez. Now they re-recorded the song with Keyshia Cole. I think it sounds so much better now! Flaire is a good singer, too, I've herd a song on her myspace and I liked that one, but Keyshia sounds better on this song IMO. I post both versions. Wich one do ya'll prefer?

Alaina Whitaker - Hopelessly Devoted

This girl can sing very well, but I didn't feel this song that much. 6/10

Alexandréa Lushington - If You Leave Me Now

WATCH the performance!

I like this girl more and more. Her voice was very good in this song. Unfortunately she isn't too popular, but I hope she won't leave tonight! This performance was very good! 9/10

Amanda Overmyer - Carry On My Wayward Son

WATCH the performace!

I kinda liked this performance. I don' like her voice, but I like her style and she's an interesting person. This song was a good choice. 7/10

Asia'h Epperson - All By Myself

WATCH the performance!

Asia'h is my fave girl, I like her voice very much. This performance was very good, but I think she can do better, so 9/10

Brooke White - You're So Vain

WATCH the performance!

I like Brooke, she's talented, but she's a bit boring for me. I only liked the end of the performance. 7/10

Carly Smithson - Crazy On You

WATCH the performance!

This was much better than her performance last week! I like Carly and her voice! 8/10

Kady Malloy - Magic Man

WATCH the perormance!

I like Kady's voice, but this song wasn't the best choice. 7/10

Kristy Lee Cook - You're No Good

WATCH the performance!

She's talented, but this performance wasn't that good. And thos song's a bit boring for me. 7/10

Ramiele Malubay - Don't Leave Me This Way

WATCH the performance!

Ramiele is my 2nd fave girl. This performance was great! 9/10

Syesha Mercado - Me & Mr. Jones

WATCH the performace!

This girl's voice is very beautiful, but this song was a bit boring. But she sang it beautifully so i give her 8/10 points.

I think Alaina and Kristy should go home tonight. They are good, but they aren't that special.

I like Chikezie and I liked this performance a bit better than last week's one. So 8/10 points.

Danny Noriega - Superstar

The beginning of this performance was very boring, but the other part of it was great. I liked it, I like Danny. 8/10

David Archuleta - Imagine

WATCH the performance!

I really really like David, he's very talented. This song is beautiful and he sang it beautifully, but it wasn't 100% for me, so I give it 9/10 points.

David Cook - All Right Now

I like David more and more. This performance was great! 9/10

David Hernandez - Papa Was a Rollin' Stone

I like David's voice, and I was good, but not the best. 7/10

Jason Castro - I Just Want To Be Your Everything

I like Jason, I think he's very talented, but this performance was a bit boring for me. 6/10

Jason Yeager - Long Train Runnin'

This was much better than his performance last week! 8/10

Luke Menard - Killer Queen

I still don't like his voice... This is a good song, but I can't stand this guy's voice. :/ He sounded like a cat. He should've sung a Bee Gee's song. 5/10

Michael Johns - You Can Go Your Own Way

WATCH the performance!

IMO Michael is very talented, but I didn't enjoy this performance that much! 7/10

Robbie Carrico - Hot Blooded

WATCH the performance!

This was one of the best performances tonight! 9/10

In my opinion Luke Menard and Jason Yeager should leave on Thursday.

American Idol: Top 24 - Results

Eliminated guys: Garrett Haley & Colton Berry

Eliminated girls: Amy Davis & Joanne Borgella

Two young blonde guys and two model girls were eliminated this week. My predictions were quite good, because I said that Garrett, Luke, Amy & Joanne would go home. I kinda liked Colton, but he wasn't my fave, so I'm not sad because of his leaving.

I can't wait to see next weeks episodes!
